Three cheers for the women of India!!

These articles in the current issue of Outlook India give due credit to the well known women and the not-so-well-known women of India.

I was smirking when I saw Aishwarya Rai chosen as one among the top ten woman role-models for India.But, felt better when I saw that those above 25 years of age had not chosen her as a role model :-) One does grow wiser with age I guess!! I also felt that Arundhati Roy's mom Mary Roy deserves to be there right alongside her more illustrious daughter.Wonder what others think?
